Treatment Approach

My approach to therapy is relationship-based, trauma-informed and holistic; promoting a healthy body, mind and spirit. When appropriate, I incorporate mindfulness and clinical yoga to help move stress, anxiety, depression and trauma out of the body.  I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all treatment. Therefore, I draw my therapeutic style from a variety of theories such as:
